2. Eligibility

To use AlgoSource, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• We use OAuth authentication via GitHub and Google (no password storage)
• You must notify us immediately of any breach of security

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share, distribute, or resell content without proper attribution
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of AlgoSource
• User-submitted proposals remain the intellectual property of their respective authors
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it
• You must own or have rights to submit any content you provide

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Plagiarizing proposals or submitting content that is not your own
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent download limits
• Scraping or harvesting data without authorization
• Uploading malicious code or files
• Impersonating other users or organizations
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without consent

7. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may terminate your account by discontinuing use or requesting deletion

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material revisions will include at least 30 days' notice
• Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms

9. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We make no warranties regarding the Service operation
• We do not guarantee proposal acceptance into any program
• Your application success depends on many factors outside our control
